ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Receipt of these terms or written acceptance by Hot Roast Hogs of the customer’s order or deposit shall be deemed to constitute unqualified acceptance of these conditions. Hot Roast Hogs does not recognise any Terms and Conditions supplied by the customer unless specifically acknowledged and agreed in writing under the signature of a Director or duly authorised representative.
PRICES:
Prices are inclusive of the cost of ingredients, preparation, delivery and service unless otherwise stated. No reduction in price will be given for any food provided at the Customer’s request that is subsequently not consumed.
Every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of quotations at the time; however Hot Roast Hogs reserves the right to revise the price for its goods and services should costs change beyond its control. Any revisions will be notified and agreed between both parties prior to the function.
INVOICE: The Customer will be invoiced for a 50% deposit upon booking and payment is required within 7 days. If the payment has not been received by the due date, the event date cannot be secured. The final invoice is payable on or before the event date.
The price quoted for an event by Hot Roast Hogs to the customer is based on the original quoted numbers. Any deviation from this original number will result in the company re-quoting on the revised numbers.
We are pleased to accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
CANCELLATION: The minimum cancellation charge is 25% of the estimated bill. This will increase to 50% within fourteen days of the event, and 100% with seven days. Should we have engaged sub contractors on your behalf, their individual and particular cancellation charges will apply. Cancellations are to be given in writing.
FINAL NUMBERS: Invoices are based on final numbers confirmed at least seven working days before the function, or on the numbers actually catered for, should this be higher. Should final numbers decrease within seven working days of the event, the higher original figure will be charged for.
Changes to final numbers within 7 days of the booking cannot be guaranteed, whilst every effort will be made to accommodate the Customer’s needs.
SERVICE:
Food service lasts for one and a half hours. We will arrive approximately half an hour before service time.
The hog roast can be served both indoors and outdoors, depending on facilities. The proximity of carving the hog to the event will depend upon access to the function. Access to be discussed prior to function date.
PORTIONS:
It is vital that you give us an accurate account of the portions/covers to be catered for, and although we always cater for healthy appetites, if your numbers are not accurate there is a remote possibility of a shortage of servings. Many factors can affect your guest’s appetites such as alcohol, weather, the time of day, so it is advisable to bear this in mind when giving details of your catering needs. All these factors can be discussed at the time of booking and we will be only too happy to help suit your requirements.
LATE FINISHING EVENTS:
Events that require staff after 23.00hrs will attract an extra staff charge, normally time and one half.
